NO you don’t. PayPal will accept your debit or credit card. Its worth opening a PayPal account during these uncertain times to secure your online payments, also it will speed up the process of ordering.

The delivery day is marked clearly on your invoice. You can select the day on the calendar before you pay.

You can call us at the shop if you have experienced any problems, or if circumstances change. We will always do our best to help.

We usually deliver between 9am and 12 noon. We will knock on your door and leave your goods in a safe place as seen fit by our driver if you are not in.

You can try putting any requests in the comments box. for instance “Can I also have one single lime please”. If we can help you we will, and you can pay the driver on delivery or over the phone by debit card.

Missing or faulty items

If you find we’ve missed something out, or something has missed our quality control, please message us via our form. Alternatively you can message us on Facebook. We can arrange to either correct the mistake or refund you via PayPal.
